✔️ About us
In 2020, I returned to farming, and in 2022, I secured farmland to cultivate herbs. Through cooking, I encountered herbs and fell in love with their taste, aroma, and color, thinking, “Nothing could be better than this. Let’s live like this!”
As I develop my farm, I feel that herbs are responsible for my health, senses, and enjoyment. Moving to the countryside, I’ve started to deeply contemplate not only practical issues of living but also what constitutes healthy food and a healthy life. With a heart that wishes for everyone to be healthy and happy while coexisting closely with nature, I take on more responsibility in agriculture. I am still a novice farmer with much to learn, and I hope my farm can be a space for learning, experiencing, and sharing together.
Herbs, with their fragrance and usefulness to humans, are my main crops. I mix them with compatible vegetables like eggplants and tomatoes and gradually expand to growing various vegetables one by one. My goal is to create a farm with things to see, enjoy, and eat. I pursued further education at university to learn not only about herb cultivation but also how to utilize them. Currently, I juggle farm operations and studies. My interest in cooking has grown alongside herb cultivation, and I plan to continue learning.
I hope my favorite activities and hobbies merge into one, enriching my life further. With this mindset, I want to open myself, Gurye, and South Korea to the wider world.
