✔️ About us

I have been actively engaged in organic farming since 1976, being one of the founding members of Korea’s first organic farming organization, the Jungnonghoe. At the age of 27, I became the youngest founding member. Initially practicing organic farming at the Yangju Pulmuwon Farm, I played a role in guiding young individuals interested in organic farming. Later, I established the Pyeonghwa Namu Nongjang (Peace Tree Farm) in Pocheon in 2001 after parting ways with Pulmuwon, continuing my commitment to organic farming.

In 2005, I founded the Bio-Dynamic Agriculture Practice and Research Association, where members gather twice a year in spring and autumn to create and share preparations, the core of bio-dynamic agriculture, for use in their farming practices. This commitment has been ongoing ever since.

✔️ Farming Experience since1976

✔️ Farm Type small farm, Family farm

✔️ Main Crop Tomato, rice

✔️ Farming Method

Since the beginning of my venture into organic farming up until now, I have refrained from using any pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides. For fertilization, I utilize the waste produced on the farm and ferment the manure from the livestock, which is fed with grass. The farm is operated with the aim of functioning like an independent organism, promoting regeneration and cycling.
