✔️ About us
We are not an ordinary farm but a village cooperative with the largest number of members in Korea at the village level, consisting of 494 members. Most of our members are farmers cultivating carrots, potatoes, and radishes, providing an opportunity to meet various farmer members. In addition, we operate a hub center, with the first floor serving as the village office, the second floor as a village cafe, the third floor as a shared office, and the fourth floor as accommodation for visitors. Especially, the third-floor shared office is a popular destination for employees of major Seoul companies for workations.
We also sell carrot juice and carrot rice bread using Gujo carrots, which account for 60-70% of carrot production nationwide. We offer washed carrots and soil-grown carrots to consumers across the country. In addition, we operate activities such as haenyeo (women divers) tours and Darangshi Oreum wellness programs, striving to allow travelers to enjoy the village’s resources. With the unity of the villagers and efforts to protect and utilize local resources through organized programs, we have been recognized as the Best Village in the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) 2023 Tourism Village awards. This is a place where you can have diverse experiences.
