Welcome To WWOOF Korea

WWOOF Korea was first established in 1997 and has grown exponentially in the last few years. WWOOF Korea not only runs the basic WWOOF system but is also very active in helping raise awareness for organic farming, sustainable agriculture and slow food. There are currently about 75 WWOOF farms in Korea (as of 2017).

HOW IT WORKS

WWOOF works as a non-monetary exchange between volunteers and farmers, where volunteers work half a day in exchange for food and accommodation.

WWOOF is an acronym for World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms and has been around since WWOOF UK first started in 1971. Today, there are over 50 different WWOOF organizations and, hosts spread over 100 countries across the globe.
